Our Ordering Process For Bespoke Corporate Gifts

Step 1: Reach Out To Us

Book a call with our friendly team or email your preferences to info@socialstoriesclub.com. We will ask you questions to understand what you are looking for and how we can create the perfect gift your the gift recipients.

Step 2: We Send A Proposal

We will be able to create the perfect gift for you catering to any dietary requirements and including branding options. We will send you over a proposal for you to discuss with your team.

Step 3: Review Proposal

You review our proposal and make sure you are happy with all the details just right. If you would like to make changes to the proposal, our team will be here to help you. Our goal is to create the perfect gifting experience for you.

Step 4: You Place An Order

Our team picks your items and hand packs your order. We pay close attention to any dietary requirements that the gift recipients may have. If you have sent us your branded merchandise to include in the gifts, we do that at this stage.

Step 5: Packing/Shipping

We can send your hampers to different addresses or directly to your office. We can also deliver them across the world. If you have given us a rough delivery date, we will plan the dispatch accordingly. All your deliveries will be carbon-neutral.

Step 6: Your Impact

We share an impact report with you to tell you about the impact your order has had. This includes the number of hours of employment you have created for individuals with barriers to employment and the social causes your company has supported through your order.

Our Sustainable Packaging

We carefully source sustainable materials to ensure our packaging has as little impact on the environment as possible. Our shipping is carbon neutral too!
