How Sustainable Hampers Create A Positive Impact
Social Stories Club is an award-winning social enterprise championing diversity and social enterprise. We are a registered social enterprise and we believe social enterprises are changing the world and will solve some of the world’s biggest challenges. To fast track this progress, we need to support social enterprises by buying their products. We started Social Stories Club so you can introduce someone to social enterprise in the most exciting and interactive way. All of our sustainable gift hampers are filled with products transforming communities and the environment. These products include food, drinks, bath products, and reusable products, and the inspiring social stories of how they are fighting food waste, empowering coffee farmers, and providing jobs to individuals with barriers to employment are shared inside a story booklet included in each gift.
We set about to create the most environmentally friendly and low waste gift we could. We use sustainable packing options including biodegradable mailer bags and compostable wood wool filler. We use renewable energies in our social impact warehouse and the purchase of your sustainable hampers has enabled us to offset 57 tonnes of CO2, and plant 1,850 trees.
